The Co-operative Bank Campaign
Kamla Foundation has been working in partnership with the Co-operative Bank for a couple of years.
In 2017 we were approached by the Bank to help them front and celebrate their 25th anniversary of the launch of their Ethical Banking Policy. They were the first mainstream bank to lead on such a ground breaking initiative. We were selected from thousands of charities who bank with the Co-op and were delighted to play a key role in their campaign.

Following on from the success of that campaign, last week, the Co-operative Bank launched a new promotion which highlights the work it does with their Business Banking customers, Charities and Partners.
Both campaigns consisted of a photo shoot, filming, promoting the work of the Foundation via a series of posters, brochures and banking literature, culminating in the advert launch across multiple channels. It was also heavily promoted on catch-up TV, YouTube, Social Media (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram) and across a number of online channels. Furthermore the campaigns received wide spread exposure across the Bank’s branch network and website.

The Co-operative Bank genuinely offers an alternative approach to banking; one that is committed to its values and ethics and is driven by the things that we as a Foundation care so passionately about.
