The Shree Prajapati Association based in London, hosted a variety of fundraisers throughout 2011 to help us support the Home for destitute widows in South India. In total we received the grand total of £3000 which contributed to the running costs of the home for a 12 month period.

Trafford Town Hall, held a cake sale in December. Colleagues baked or donated cakes for the sale to raise a fantastic sum of £162.01.
The most successful Valpak fundraising event to date was “Gunge Week” whereby staff nominated fellow colleagues who had bravely put themselves forward for a gunging on the final day. This event is held every year and as well as the social and games element, the evening raises money for the featured charity. In 2009 Kamla Foundation was chosen and the 150 people that attended gave generously to raise £900! With gift aid this sum was boosted to £1200!!
